By downloading, installing, or using the Hairmony mobile application ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not download, install, or use the App.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PODSuite OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our", or "Hairmony").
Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the following meanings. Definitions apply whether terms appear in singular or plural form.
Hairmony is a personal care application that provides:
The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use as an informational and self-care tool. All health-related limitations are set out in Section 5.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the App with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be fully responsible for all activities conducted through the App and accepts these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Hairmony does not provide medical advice, dermatological diagnosis, or professional health services of any kind.
All hair analysis results, health scores, ingredient recommendations, and product suggestions generated by the App are automated approximations produced by an AI model. They are inherently probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate in individual cases.
In particular:
You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the App's output, including product purchases.
Free trial: New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial before the first billing period begins. The trial is available to first-time subscribers only and is subject to eligibility as determined by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. At the end of the 3-day trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly Subscription and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You will not receive a separate notice that your trial is ending.
Subscription requirement: Access to Hairmony requires an active paid Subscription or an active free trial. The App is accessible only once a Subscription (including a trial) has been started.
Platform billing: All Subscriptions and free trials are processed and managed exclusively by the platform through which you downloaded the App:
PODSuite OÜ does not collect or store your payment card details at any point. All billing, invoicing, and payment disputes are handled directly by Apple or Google.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are applied to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription or free trial at any time through your Device's App Store or Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial expires. If you cancel a paid Subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable. PODSuite OÜ does not issue refunds directly, as it does not process payments.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Hairmony does not require you to create a user account. You do not register, log in, or authenticate to use the App.
All data you enter into the App — including your Hair Data, questionnaire answers, scan history, routine tasks, and locally stored Photos — is stored exclusively on your Device. This data is never uploaded to our servers or stored in the cloud by us.
As a consequence of this design:
The only exception is when you choose to run an AI hair analysis, during which your Photo is transmitted to Anthropic. This is described in full in Section 8 and in our Privacy Policy.
When you submit a Photo for hair analysis, you represent that you have the right to submit it — meaning the Photo depicts yourself and was taken with your consent.
We do not claim any licence to your Photos or Hair Data beyond what is strictly necessary to transmit them to Anthropic for the purpose of generating your analysis result. Your Photos are not used by PODSuite OÜ for marketing, product development, dataset creation, or AI model training of any kind.
Specifically:
You agree not to submit Photos that depict other individuals without their explicit consent, or that contain images of anyone under 13 years of age.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
The App, including its name "Hairmony", all visual designs, mascot illustrations, logos, text content, software code, and underlying algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of PODSuite OÜ and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App integrates with and may display links to third-party services, including:
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of service of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
PODSuite OÜ does not warrant that any specific product or ingredient will be suitable for your individual hair or scalp needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PODSuite OÜ, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for gross negligence or wilful misconduct), our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your Subscription in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure or delay by PODSuite OÜ in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any specific breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you within the App.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel your Subscription.
